during the alpaca shearing on 4 May 2008.
The spots of blood on the sheared alpacas are from routine injections
given after the shearing, not from the shearing itself. :-)

| Here's some video files of the shearing. You should be able to hear the pregnant females 'screaming' in protest in shear1.avi and much more clearly in shear8.avi. They're not being hurt at all, just complaining about being held down. :-) Please don't stream them directly from the links. Right-click and save them to your computer, then view them> The last file is all the other eight joined together as a smaller total file size. |
